I have successfully overcome many personal challenges in my own life, and navigated substantial change in both my personal life and business life.  I ran my own business for 10 years.  Then injury and life’s circumstances beyond my control, saw me facing self re-invention.  What an amazing experience it has been!

My work and my ongoing education has seen me work in a variety of sectors from business support and administration, training and assessment and mental health services (kids who have experienced trauma).  I created this business as I had a deep desire to want to guide others through the process of personal evolution in order for them flourish in their life, whether this is by choice or by circumstance.  You can live an authentic life where you are able to handle your experiences, life lessons, changes and challenges and evolve into the best version of yourself.
